Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse passionate about providing top-quality care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility? We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. This role is vital in delivering exceptional nursing care during the day shift (7P-7A), with 36 hours per week and every other weekend off, ensuring work-life balance.
Required Skills:
- Valid LPN license with active state certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Strong Rehab and Matrix experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR)
- Certification in CPR/BLS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- At least one year of LTC experience, with a strong emphasis on Rehab and Matrix systems experience is required.
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work every other weekend
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare setting
