Join a leading healthcare provider as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Mandan, ND, specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a LTC/SNF setting.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Preferred experience with trach care and responding to codes.
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically PCC.
Work Schedule:
- Days: 0600-1830
- Every other weekend and holiday required.
- 12-hour shifts.
Additional Information:
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts.
- Orientation pathway completed with facility staff.
- Common diagnoses include all types; experience with trach care is advisable.
