Join a leading healthcare provider as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Assisted Living setting in Albion, Nebraska. We are looking for dedicated LPNs to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN license in Nebraska.
- IV certification required for LPNs.
- Ability to work nights, including every other weekend and holiday.
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably PCC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- Average patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:22.
- Common diagnoses include dementia, diabetes, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and falls.
- Location-specific orientation will be provided (1-2 shifts).
