Join our dedicated healthcare team as an LPN in the Memory Care Unit of a Long Term Care facility in Olathe, Colorado. This travel nursing opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in a specialized environment, providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents with memory impairments. The position offers a supportive work setting focused on enhancing residents’ quality of life through personalized nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans.
  • Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any changes.
  • Implement resident care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Document resident progress and care activities thoroughly.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in Colorado.
  • Experience in Memory Care or similar settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately assess, plan, and implement resident care.
  • Basic life support certifications (CPR, First Aid) are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in long-term or dementia care is a plus.
  • Must hold current licensure and certifications applicable to the role.
