Join Our Long-Term Care Facility in Artesia, NM as an LPN Night Shift (Travel)
Position Details:
- Location: Artesia, New Mexico
- Shift: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Guarantee Hours: 36 hours per weeks
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents in a dynamic long-term care setting
- Monitor and deliver patient care with a focus on safety and comfort
- Follow established procedures and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience, preferably in LTC/SNF settings
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions carefully
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
