Join Our Caring Long-Term Care Team as an LPN (Night Shift)! Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse ready to make a real difference? We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide excellent patient care during the night shift at our long-term care facility in Sterling, Colorado.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate closely with a caring team to ensure all patient needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
  • Follow healthcare regulations and safety protocols to maintain a secure and healthy environment.

Details:

  • Location: Sterling, CO 80751
  • Shift: Night, 12 hours
  • Duration: 6 weeks (with guaranteed minimum hours of 36 per week)
  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
  • Weekly Stipend: $1,050 weekly (for travel staff)

What We Need From You:

  • Valid, current LPN license
  • Strong clinical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Compassionate communication with patients
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Ability to pass background and health screening
  • Able to work consistent nighttime hours

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in long-term care or similar settings
  • Bilingual skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome!
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
