Required Skills:
- Valid LPN license and current licensure
- Experience with night shift nursing, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Certification in CPR/BLS
- Knowledge of specific patient populations or specialty areas
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Prior experience in inpatient or outpatient settings, with a preference for night shift exposure
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 5 Evenings per week, EOW required.
- Ability to meet healthcare facility-specific onboarding and credentialing standards
