Required Skills:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with residents and staff
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and resident care standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in 150-bed SNF settings
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate bedside manner and excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in good standing
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments is highly desirable
- Comfortable working 16-hour day shifts,Saturday & Sunday 16hrs then Monday 8 hrs
Other Requirements:
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the facility
