Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Emergency Department (ER) in Pasco, WA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Tri-Cities area, which includes Kennewick and Richland. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients.
This facility features 95 licensed beds and provides a wide range of services including Bariatrics, Family Medicine, Inpatient Rehab, Internal Medicine, Lab, Counseling Center, Occupational Health, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Urgent Care. The Emergency Department is equipped to handle various patient populations, including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries.
As a Travel RN in the ER, you will work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Weekend hours are required every other week, and there are no call requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining patient care standards, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a valid RN license and have at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit. The dress code is flexible, allowing for any scrub color.
Orientation for this position is scheduled for January 12 and 26, February 9 and 23, March 9 and 23, April 6 and 20, May 4 and 18, June 1, 15, and 29, July 13 and 27, August 10 and 24, September 8 and 21, October 5 and 19, November 2, 16, and 30, and December 14 and 28.
