Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Observation Unit. This position is ideal for Registered Nurses with a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The facility is located in Marquette, MI, and is known for its comprehensive services including Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, and more.

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Competency, Tele/ECG Competency (Optional: TNCC, ENPC)
Experience: 1 year of Med/Surg experience required; telemetry experience preferred.
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Patients meeting observation status criteria, including chest pain, asthma exacerbation, TIA, abdominal pain, urinary issues, blood sugar issues, DVT/PE, cellulitis, post-procedural monitoring, and minor trauma.
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 10
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:5, no defined ratios
- Equipment: Cardiac monitor
- EHR: Cerner
- Patient Population: Adult only (>18 years old)
Dress Code: Scrub Color: Galaxy blue; specific attire guidelines apply.
