Join our team as a Travel RN specializing in Women's Services at a leading acute-care hospital in Hancock, MI. This position focuses on Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and newborn care. The facility serves the Western Upper Michigan Peninsula and is a verified Chest Pain Center with a Level 3 Trauma designation.
As a Travel RN, you will work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing essential care in the Family Birthing Center. The unit includes 5 LDRP beds, 3 overflow beds, and 3 triage beds, with staffing ratios in line with AWHONN standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing support to mothers and newborns.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum nursing.
- Required certifications: NRP, BLS, EFM.
- ADN or higher degree in nursing.
