Position Information:
- Facility Department/Cost Center: 811535130 - BH IP Unit 1
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed
- Call Requirements: None
Required Certifications: BLS, HWC
Years of Experience: 1 year of nursing experience
Float Requirements: All staff go to all 3 units as needed, no one assigned unit.

- Number of Beds: 24
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous Behavioral Health experience and the ability to recognize mental health as an illness.
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Previous psych/detox experience.
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Detox, depression, psychosis.
- Personality Fit: Unbothered by patient comments, compassionate about mental health, and proactive during down times.
- Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in OH.
