Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals at a leading acute-care rehabilitation facility in Chesterfield, MO, where we prioritize exceptional patient care and recovery. As an LPN specializing in Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in providing care for patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, and complex orthopedic injuries.
Our facility is designed to promote recuperation outside the traditional hospital setting, featuring specialized units for brain injury and stroke care, high-tech therapy devices, and a supportive environment that includes private, family-friendly rooms and an outdoor healing garden.
Position Information:
- Role: LPN
- Specialty: Rehabilitation
- Shift: 18:30 - 07:00, 12 Hours
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:8 at night
- Required Certifications: LPN licensed in State of MO, BLS (CPR) Certification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Preferred Certification: CRRN
As an LPN in our facility, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated doctors and nurses, focusing on improving each patient's functional ability and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs, and working closely with therapists and family members to support their rehabilitation goals.

- Mercy Cover Sheet Required
- Must have IV Certification prior to submission
- Resume, Skills Checklist, and License must be attached to submission
- Contractors must comply with the Influenza Vaccination Policy or provide an approved exemption
