Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a leading Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Beaver Dam, WI. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential care to residents while working a consistent day shift schedule.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
**Requirements:**
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNA is required.
- BLS certification (AHA only) is required.
- Graduate of a CNA training program is required.
- Must be listed on the WI CNA registry.
- Must have successfully completed 1 travel assignment.
- No at-fault cancellations in work history.
