Unit Overview: This role is situated in a Rural Health Clinic, where you will typically work one-on-one with a provider. Enjoy a professional atmosphere with no weekend or holiday shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to medical staff.
- Assist in the clinic to support other providers or nurses as needed.
- Maintain a professional image in line with the clinic's policies.
Requirements:
- Current MN LPN license.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $22.82 - $30.93 per hour, based on experience, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. A sign-on bonus will be discussed at the time of the offer and is typically paid in installments throughout the first year of employment.

- No call or on-call requirements.
- Vaccination requirements: None, but must have a negative TB test.
