Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Oncology unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing required.
- First-timers are accepted.
- BLS certification is required.
- Active nursing license required prior to start date; pending licenses accepted.
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Weekend shifts required every other week.
- RTO greater than 7 days requires approval.
