Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 1:6.
- Must be willing to comply with the 50-mile radius rule; local candidates are not eligible.
