This is a float pool position for a Travel RN specializing in ICU at a leading acute-care hospital in Portland, ME. Candidates must be willing to float to multiple different units and have acute care hospital experience. This role requires a strong commitment to outstanding patient care and effective team communication.
Position Information:

- Weekend Hours: 75% weekends required

- Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience
- Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience
- Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in IMC)
- EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
- Type of Patients on Unit: Basic ICU patients such as sedated, intubated & pressors; high complexity patients like CRRT are not included
- Personality Fit: Candidates must be flexible with assignments and demonstrate a drive to excel as both a team member and individual
