Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Mother/Baby Registered Nurse in Fort Worth, TX. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic healthcare environment. We are looking for skilled RNs with a passion for couplet care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide couplet care to mothers and their newborns in a Level III Trauma setting.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2.
- Utilize Advanced NRP and BLS certifications in daily practice.
- Potential for floating to Labor and Delivery or serving as a sitter task RN in any unit.
- Participate in voluntary on-call shifts as needed.
- Rotate weekends and holidays as part of the schedule.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of current RN experience.
- All RNs must live within 100 miles of the facility.
- Submit a current driver's license with application packet.
