Join a leading healthcare provider as an MRI Tech specializing in MRI at a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse patient population, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents.

As an MRI Tech, you will work three 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Friday, with a focus on both outpatient and inpatient needs. You will be responsible for performing a variety of MRI exams, including specialized studies such as Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI during the day shift. The role may require you to float between units, ensuring comprehensive coverage across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI scans on patients of varying acuity levels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment for patients.
  • Participate in call rotation if desired, although it is not mandatory.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of MRI experience required.
  • Certifications: BLS, ARRT-MR or ARRT-IT, WA License.
  • First-time travelers are welcome.
  • Experience with a variety of patient populations preferred.

This position guarantees 60 hours every two weeks, with the possibility of being called off for one shift per two-week period. Scrub color is flexible, with the exception of reddish orange. Charting is done using EPIC, and parking costs will be covered by the facility.
