We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a MS/Tele Float Nurse in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, floating between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units. As a leading acute-care hospital, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care and support to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Float to various medical units, including renal, oncology, and neuro, based on facility needs.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with healthcare team members and patients.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in all patient interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
  • Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
  • Telemetry and IV start certifications are required.
  • Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
  • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum, plus holiday rotation obligation.
  • Open to first-time travelers.
  • Pending licenses accepted.
  • Maximum of 7 days of RTO (Request Time Off) per 13-week contract.
