Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have a valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
