Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Travelers Rest, SC! This position requires a Night shift of 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Floating is required based on unit needs, and weekend coverage is expected every other weekend, though this may vary according to the needs of the unit. You will be working in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, specifically in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience in LTAC MS/Tele, MS, and PCU
- EPIC experience
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and an active SC RN license
