As an MS/Tele Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced setting. Your expertise in Med Surg and Telemetry will be essential in monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- At least 1 previous travel assignment required.
- Strong Med Surg/Telemetry experience is essential.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- Cerner experience preferred.
- Must be within a 60-mile radius for travel considerations.
