CANDIDATES WITH MINIMAL TO NO RTO WILL RECEIVE PRIORITY CONSIDERATION
The RN will work either 36 or 40 hours per week on the day shift, which will be decided upon and agreed to during the phone screening. This role includes a rotating call schedule that encompasses both weekend and weekday call, mirroring the call rotation of the general staff. Call responsibilities will be divided between Call 1 and Call 2. There may be a possible holiday call rotation if a holiday occurs during the RN's contract. Please note that this rotation is subject to change based on current patient census and staffing levels, so some variability could occur.
Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required for this position. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of current or recent OR experience. Experience with Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho procedures is recommended, along with proficiency in Epic EMR.
