Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Charleston, WV. We are seeking dedicated RNs with CV or General Surgery experience to provide exceptional patient care in the Operating Room. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals looking to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for various surgical procedures, including Cardiac, General Surgery, Vascular, Thoracic, and Robotics.
- Perform proficiently in vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting.
- Manage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2 Years RN Experience; 1 Year of In-Specialty Experience.
- WV/Compact RN License required (can submit with pending RN license).
- Must have circulating and scrubbing experience in various surgical specialties.
- Flu Shot required unless medical proof of allergy is provided.
- Covid Vaccine NOT required.
Call Requirements:
- 1 Day of Call per Week; 1-2 weekends per 4-5 week schedule.
- 30-minute response time when on call.
- Major holidays are covered by call shifts for emergencies only.

- Type of Facility: Short-Term Acute Care; Level IV Trauma Center, Major teaching hospital.
- Total Staffed Beds: 838.
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue or White or combination of both.
- Charting: Cerner & Accudose.
