Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Orange, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in a dynamic surgical environment. Our facility is recognized for its commitment to excellence, including being a MAGNET designated hospital.
As an Operating Room RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room, specifically in orthopedic, neuro, and robotic surgeries. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the operating room and be proficient in Epic charting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in inpatient and outpatient surgeries.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Participate in on-call duties as required, including post-shift and weekend coverage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required; CNOR preferred.
- Must be open to working every other major holiday and on-call shifts.
- Local radius is 50 miles; local rate inquiries should be directed to the account manager.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
