Join a leading healthcare provider as a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) in San Ramon, CA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, providing essential rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality home health therapy and rehabilitation services.
- Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day, adhering to a 1:1 ratio.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation of patient progress.
- Utilize provided documentation tools effectively.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid California Occupational Therapist license.
- 1 year of home health experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Must have reliable transportation; expect a maximum driving radius of 50+ miles.
Additional Information:
- Compliance takes about 2 weeks; first-timers are accepted.
- No on-call requirements.
- Weekend patient pickups are available to meet productivity goals.
