Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
- Utilize provided documentation tools and return them as required.
- Maintain a productive schedule while minimizing drive and windshield time.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid California Occupational Therapist license.
- BLS certification required.
- 1 year of home health experience preferred.
- Own transportation is necessary; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles may be required.
Additional Information:
- Compliance process takes about 2 weeks.
- First-timers are accepted.
- Weekend patient visits can be arranged to meet productivity standards.
- Parking is free, and mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rate.
