This role is open to RNs who have worked in the following specialties: SICU, OR, PACU, Post-Op, Gynecologic Oncology, Triage, OBGYN, and Oncology. Please note that this role is not open to caregivers who have worked solely in L&D, as solely obstetric experience does not translate well to the needs of this clinic. The ideal candidate will possess Gynecology, Oncology, and Surgical experience. This position can be true travel or temp-to-perm. There is no chemotherapy administration or infusion required in this role. Experience with voiding trials and central line flushes (port flushes) is a plus. The clinic has 4 GYN Oncologists, one benign GYN surgeon, and 4 APPs supporting the team. Our providers spend about 50% of their time in the OR and 50% in the clinic. While the clinic's patient population is overall low volume, it is high needs. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Primary responsibilities include: - Triage for medication reactions, possible concerning surgical outcomes, and symptoms of potential recurrence, both over the phone and via EPIC messaging. - Pre/post-operative education and assessment. - Ensuring patients safely complete their treatment course. The clinic may see between 30-40 patients daily, with nurse visits generally not exceeding 3-6 daily. **Requirements:** - Years of experience required: 2 - First-timers accepted: Yes - Weekends not required - Certifications required: BLS, RN - Call not required - Locals accepted: Yes - RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
