Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse in Charleston, SC. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient care in a GI Surgery Bariatric Clinic. Position: GI Surgery Bariatric Clinic RN
Shift: Will work 5x8 days from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: No
On-call Requirement: No
Floating: Possible to float to like units within the same location, with potential floats to GI medicine and possibly H&V.
Ratios: 1:5
Experience Requirements: 1 year required; 3+ years preferred. Ambulatory clinic experience is preferred; GI Surgery or Surgical experience is desired.
First-timers accepted: Yes
Certifications Required: BSL (AHA only accepted)
License Required: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License
Radius Rule: Yes, 60 miles. Locals accepted at 10% less than the posted bill rate.
Pending License: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at the time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Hurricane Season: Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a concern, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or extended assignment during the season, which runs from June through November, with peak activity in August and September.
