Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
- Manage ventilator support, inotropic therapy, and central line care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to CICU, MSICU, and NICU as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience, including ventilator management.
- Current certifications required: BLS, PALS.
- First-timers accepted.
- No on-call requirement.
- Availability for E/O weekend or every third weekend with minimal RTO.
- Rotating or permanent off shift options available.
- Local candidates are welcome; rate differential applies within 50 miles of the facility.
