As a Physical Therapist, you will be expected to deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation. The productivity expectation is 60 visits per week, with an average of 12-14 patients seen per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outpatient rehabilitation services to patients.
- Meeting productivity expectations while ensuring quality care.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Floating to other clinics as needed, including Peak Melissa, Peak Princeton, Peak Van Alstyne, and Peak Sherman.
We guarantee 36 hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.
