Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in rehabilitation settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and progress.
- Support patient recovery by using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and uphold quality standards of care.
- Travel to multiple care sites as required to meet patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
- Minimum of 0 years of experience; prior experience in rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willing to adapt to changing patient needs and settings.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Bilingual abilities and advanced certifications in orthopedics or neurology are a plus.
