GLC Group is seeking a skilled CNA for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Mercer, PA. Flexible for all shifts.

Pay & Schedule: $26/hr | OT/Holiday $39/hr | Weekly pay – every Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
  • Help residents with mobility and transfers to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
  • Provide companionship and support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Document care provided by facility policies and regulations.
  • Adhere to all safety and health guidelines while providing care.

Requirements:

  • Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
  • 1–2 years recent experience in LTC
  • CPR/BLS required
  • COVID-19 vaccination or exemption, if applicable
