GLC Group is seeking a skilled CNA for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Mercer, PA. Flexible for all shifts.
Pay & Schedule:
- $26/hr | OT/Holiday $39/hr
- Weekly pay – every Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
- Help residents with mobility and transfers to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Provide companionship and support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Document care provided by facility policies and regulations.
- Adhere to all safety and health guidelines while providing care.
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- 1–2 years recent experience in LTC
- CPR/BLS required
- COVID-19 vaccination or exemption, if applicable
