Compensation:
- Hourly: $23
- Weekly Pay - every Friday
Job Requirements:
- Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to
- 1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in LTC
- Active Certifications - BLS or CPR
- Must have a COVID-19 vaccination or exemption where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Support infection control and safety procedures
- Assist with meal setup and hydration monitoring
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments
- Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Assist with restorative and rehabilitation programs as directed
- Follow care plans and facility policies/procedures
- Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families
- Ensure resident dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times
