GLC Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Skilled Nursing facility in Elkader, Iowa.
Pay & Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $33
- Weekly Pay – Every Friday
- Flexible PRN shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Perform basic wound care and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Support rehabilitation and long-term care plans
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Iowa
- Minimum 1 year of recent SNF/Rehab experience
- BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, if applicable
