GLC Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing facility in Bridgeport, WV.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Hourly Rate: $45
  • Weekly Pay – Every Friday
  • Flexible PRN shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and skilled treatments (e.g., wound care)
  • Assess residents; monitor for acute changes and report to providers
  • Develop and update care plans
  • Supervise CNAs/LPNs and delegate tasks
  • Coordinate care with rehab and interdisciplinary team
  • Respond to emergencies and manage transitions (admit/discharge)
  • Document accurately and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in West Virginia
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
  • BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, if applicable
