GLC Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Skilled Nursing facility in Honolulu, HI.

Pay & Schedule: Hourly Rate: $53. Weekly Pay – Every Friday. Flexible 12-hr PRN shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents with acute, chronic, and post-operative conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient status and update individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to support rehabilitation goals.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Hawaii.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience.
  • BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred.
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, if applicable.
