GLC Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/Part Time shifts at a Skilled Nursing facility in Anoka, MN.

Pay & Schedule: Hourly Rate: $51. Weekly Pay – Every Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, infection control, and safety standards.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate clinical interventions.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum 1 year of recent SNF/LTC experience.
• BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, if applicable.
