Psych RN - Behavioral Health - Summit, PA

Job Details:
- Weekly Gross Pay: $2,566
- Pay Range: $33/hr for non-local candidates, $51/hr for locals
- Overtime Pay: $50/hr (or $77/hr locally)
- Shift: Night shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 5 days per week
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Start Date: June 11th or every other week
- OT Availability: Yes
- Location: Clarks Summit, PA
Required Skills:
- Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
- Strong assessment and patient care abilities
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Excellent communication and detailed documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous night shift experience
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Crisis intervention or de-escalation expertise
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work night shifts consistently
- Additional certifications such as CPI or Crisis Prevention preferred but not mandatory
- No travel; local candidates preferred
