As a Physical Therapist, you will be required to complete documentation directly with the healthcare provider outside of the clearance packet before starting your assignment. Candidates must have an active license and are encouraged to have previous experience in a rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Ability to complete required documentation promptly.

- Parking will be provided on the first day.
- Dress code information will be provided during the first day.
- Weekly billing cycle with guaranteed hours.
- Overtime pay at 1.5x the regular rate.
