As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services, ensuring patient safety, and delivering effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Candidates must possess an active permanent license, as compact licenses are not accepted for this role.
Important notes for candidates:
- Documentation must be completed directly with the facility prior to starting the assignment.
- If you have worked perm/PRN at the facility within the last year, you are not eligible to return until you have been separated for one year.
- Previous travelers at the facility may need to confirm eligibility for rehire if their prior work was more than a year ago.
Additional details include:
- Completion bonuses: $2,500 after 13 weeks, $2,500 after 20 weeks, and $5,000 after 26 weeks.
- 40 hours guaranteed per week with overtime paid at 1.5x.
- Equipment will be provided during the interview.
- Parking and dress code information will be provided on the first day.
