Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the ICU department! We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. This contract position requires flexibility and a commitment to meet the staffing needs of the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.
- Provide care for patients in a 21-bed ICU unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2.
- Float to Stepdown/ER as needed.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with prior travel experience preferred.
- Active Tennessee nursing license or compact license at the time of submission.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
- Must be flexible to accommodate the unit's scheduling needs; no block scheduling is offered.
- Scrubs: Navy.
