$20.00 per hour

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a group home setting for clients with developmental disabilities. You'll work in a supportive environment, ensuring all care aligns with each client’s Individual Plan (IP) and medical orders. Your responsibilities include conducting detailed nursing assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized nursing care in accordance with client plans and medical directives
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize care
- Maintain meticulous documentation of services provided
- Respond promptly to client health changes and emergencies
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience with trach and vent care preferred
- No minimum experience required—new grads are welcome
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
