Join our team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation at a leading healthcare facility in Aurora, CO. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential respiratory care to patients.
Position Details:
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Duration: 14 weeks, starting on 10/20/2026
- Float Requirement: Must be willing to float within the Denver Metro area, within thirty-five (35) miles of the originally assigned facility.
- Weekend Requirement: 13 weekend shifts out of 26
- On-Call Requirement: None
- Holiday Work Requirement: Required to work Thanksgiving Holiday (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
- Travel Experience: Prior travel assignment experience required
- Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Pediatric ICU, 3 years in Neonatal ICU, and 1 year in Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in Pediatric ICU
- Minimum of 4 years in Neonatal ICU
- Minimum of 2 years in Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
Additional Notes:
- Must work observed holidays if they fall within the contract period
- No RTO (Requested Time Off) approved within the first two weeks of the assignment
- Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed
