What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, quality care to residents during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety and well-being
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all healthcare regulations
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
- Deliver patient-centered care tailored to the needs of each individual
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings
- Active RN license in Nebraska or eligible for licensure
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive pay rate of $21.00/hour
- Weekly housing stipend of $770 to assist with accommodations
