Barton Health is a non-profit, community health system situated on the south shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe nearly 6,200 feet above sea level. Since opening in 1963, Barton has expanded its services to serve both its residents and visitors to Lake Tahoe. Barton Health includes a community hospital and Level III Trauma Center including 63 licensed acute care beds and 48 licensed long-term beds. the facility, a component of Barton Health, consists of 24-hour emergency care services, 63 patient beds, a skilled nursing facility with 48 resident beds, and a full array of care for children and adults in Lake Tahoe — including surgery, medical imaging, laboratory services, and more.
As an RN Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care across various departments, including inpatient ED, OP, PACU, and the whole hospital. Please note that home health experience is not required for this position.
