Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of correctional healthcare protocols and safety procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in correctional or forensic nursing
- Bilingual capabilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Crisis intervention or de-escalation training
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, ideally in acute or correctional settings
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
- Must be adaptable and a team-player in a fast-paced environment
