Job Details:
- Weekly Pay: $2,182
- Pay Range: $26/hr (up to $50/hr for additional compensation)
- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts on weekends

- Setting: Long-term care (LTC) in Ellensburg, WA
Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of LTC regulations and resident care standards
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in LTC
- Additional certifications such as CPR or First Aid
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington state
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work weekends and long shifts
- Must maintain all applicable state nursing certifications and licenses
